Scheduling
We provide arrival windows. If we cannot access your yard, we may reschedule or charge a minimal call‑out fee.
Cancellations
Cancel or skip up to 24 hours before your visit without penalty. Same‑day changes may incur a fee.
Liability
We carry insurance for accidental damage. Please clear toys, hoses, and debris before service.
User Responsibilities
- Provide safe access and keep pets secured during the service window.
- Disclose underground hazards (sprinklers, cables) to prevent damage.
- Advise us of gate codes or lock combinations in advance.
Payment
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may pause future bookings.
Weather or safety considerations may require rescheduling. We will offer the earliest alternative time slot.
Acknowledge Terms
A copy of your acknowledgment timestamp will be recorded for your records.
